Team Thirteen in the logo is purposefully placed outside of the 13 Box. This represents our philosophy of thinking outside of the box. We see value in questioning the status quo. We know that there is always a better way. We are not afraid to put the hard work in, analyze the situation, develop rational conclusions and solutions, make tough decisions and execute positive change– even if it means going against the current popular wisdom of the crowds – even if it means enduring short-term pain.
